Our Leadership
Dalia Buck
chief Executive officer
Dalia Buck is a sophomore in college, studying to become a physician one day. She spends most of her time reading, drawing, or volunteering at INOVA hospital.
She envisions a future for Lionheart's Children Foundation where families in our community don't have to struggle to support their children in need of medical attention.
Conor Witham
Chief operations officer
Conor Witham is a freshman in college, studying business administration. He enjoys volunteering and giving back to his community however he can.
With this in mind, he joined Lionheart's Children Foundation with the hope to grow an organization that can provide the families the help they need.
Rand Ahmed
Chief of staff
Rand Ahmed is an intelligent student studying business administration aiming to be a corporate lawyer. During her free time, she enjoys hiking and going out with friends.
She has big dreams for Lionheart’s Children Foundation, picturing a future where children can be children even during medical difficulties.
Mohammad Samaila
Chief financial officer
Mohammed Samaila is passionate about helping others and has a deep appreciation for art from all cultures and backgrounds. He enjoys exploring new ideas, learning new skills, and staying active through sports.
Mohammed believes that everyone deserves access to the support they need and is committed to making a positive impact wherever he can.
Islaha Samila
Islaha Samaila is a dedicated student with a strong passion for giving back to her community. She joined Lionheart’s Children Foundation to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families facing medical challenges.
In her free time, she enjoys staying involved in community initiatives and developing her leadership skills. Islaha envisions a future where every child has access to the care and support they need, and where no family has to face medical hardships alone.
